Level-Up Event Pre-Sale Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a pre-sale ticket for the Level-Up event hosted by The Arcade Stage (Arcade), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Purchase

    • All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless the event is officially canceled by ARCADE.

    • Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser or as otherwise permitted by ARCADE.

  2. Event Admission

    • This ticket grants access to the Level-Up event on October 26, 2024, at a secret downtown location within the Granville Entertainment District. The exact location will be revealed to ticket holders upon purchase.

    • Entry to the event is subject to age restrictions. All attendees must be 19 years of age or older and present valid government-issued photo identification at the event for entry.

    • ELMF reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event without refund for behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

  3. Health & Safety

    • Attendees agree to comply with all event safety guidelines and local health regulations, including any protocols regarding COVID-19 or other health advisories.

    • Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property loss.

    • ELMF will not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring at the event.

  4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, government regulations, or other emergencies, ELMF reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.

    • If the event is canceled by ARCADE, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to carry over the ticket to a rescheduled date or future event.

  5. Location and Secret Event Details

    • The location of the Level-Up event is secret and will be disclosed to ticket holders upon purchase. The secret location is within the Granville Entertainment District.

    • Sharing or posting the location publicly is strictly prohibited. ARCADE reserves the right to deny entry to any person found publicly disclosing the location details.

  6. Code of Conduct

    • Attendees must follow the festival’s code of conduct and respect all staff, performers, and fellow attendees.

    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  7. Photography and Videography

    • By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed by ELMF or its representatives. Photos and videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes.

    • Personal photography and videography is not permitted unless otherwise indicated by event staff.

  8. Ticket Resale

    • The resale of tickets for profit is prohibited. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties or scalpers may be voided without refund.

  9. Privacy

    • Any personal information provided during the ticket purchasing process will be used solely for event-related communications, including location disclosure and event updates. ARCADE will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
