This Pass (E-Ticket) will gain the holder entry to the event between Friday, August 9th, 2024, from noon until gates close on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, at 10:00 pm.

The pass (e-ticket) holder must 19 years of age or older and agrees to and complies with all terms. Pass (E-Ticket) holder (“You”) voluntarily assumes all risks & dangers, including personal or bodily injury, death, property loss or damage which may occur while attending Electric Love Music Festival 2024 (A Division of Myden Enterprises Inc). You agree that Electric Love Music Festival (ELMF), associated agents, facility owners & The Meadows are not responsible or liable for any damage, injuries or claims arising from using this Pass (E-ticket). The Thompson River is moving body of water, enter at your own risk.

All vehicles and persons are subject to ELMF security search upon entrance to the festival grounds to ensure compliance with provincial and federal law, facility rules & regulations. No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted. Soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges. Unauthorized commercial vending is prohibited. NO PETS and NO GLASS. All firearms and weapons will be confiscated upon entry (including knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc.)

FIRE BAN IN FULL EFFECT: No open flames or fuels (tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, jerry cans, etc.) Please see the ELMF website (www.electriclovemusicfestival.com) for a complete list of banned items. This Pass (E-Ticket) is yours to protect; no refund or replacement if lost, stolen, damaged or unused. Pass (E-Ticket) is invalid if the barcode is duplicated, removed or tampered with.

No exchange or refund if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to harsh weather, forest fire, the act of god/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond ELMF control. ELMF doesn’t guarantee the validity of Passes (e-tickets) purchased from third parties.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other infectious disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or different pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Electric Love Music Festival, Myden Enterprises Inc, Event Organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

The use of images taken at ELMF other than for personal use or the phrase “Electric Love Music Festival” in the title of any publication or advertisement is prohibited without the prior written consent of ELMF. You agree that your image may be captured in video or photographs without your permission or compensation. You hereby appoint ELMF as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that ELMF has no obligation to take such action. ELMF is held on Indigenous land in British Columbia. Treat the land and yourself with the utmost respect and care.

ELMF reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. This Pass (E-Ticket) is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Your use of this Pass confirms your agreement to these terms. .
