TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Pass (E-Ticket) will gain the holder entry to the event between Friday, August 6th, 2021 from 2:00 pm until gates close on Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 12:00 am

Pass (E-Ticket) holder agrees and complies with all terms listed here. Pass (E-Ticket) holder (“You”) voluntary assumes all risks & danger, including personal or bodily injury, death, property loss or damage which may occur while attending Electric Love Retreat 2021 (A Division of Myden Enterprises Inc). You agree that Electric Love Retreat (ELR), associated agents, facility owners & The Cove are not responsible or liable for any damage, injuries or claims arising from the use of this Pass (E-ticket).

All vehicles and persons are subject to search by ELR security upon entrance to the festival grounds to ensure compliance with provincial and federal law, facility rules & regulations. No alcohol or illegal substances permitted. Soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges. Unauthorized commercial vending prohibited. NO PETS and NO GLASS. All firearms and weapons will be confiscated upon entry (including knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc)

FIRE BAN IN FULL EFFECT: No open flames or fuels (tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, jerry cans, etc.) Please see the ELR website (www.electriclovemusicfestival.com) for full list of banned items. This Pass (E-Ticket) is yours to protect; no refund or replacement if lost, stolen, damaged or unused. Pass (E-Ticket) is invalid if the bar-code is duplicated, removed or tampered with.

No exchange or refund if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to harsh weather, forest fire, act of god/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond ELR’s control. ELR doesn’t guarantee the validity of Pass (E-Ticket) purchased from third parties.

The use of images taken at ELR other than for personal use or the phrase “Electric Love Retreat” in the title of any publication or advertisement is prohibited without the prior written consent of ELR. You agree your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation. You hereby appoint ELR as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that ELR has no obligation to take such action. ELR is held in British Columbia. Treat the land, and yourself with the utmost respect and care.

ELR reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. This Pass (E-Ticket) is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Your use of this Pass confirms your agreement to these terms.
