ELectric Love Access PrograM

Affordability is one of Electric Love Music Festival’s founding principles — and we’re committed to making our 10th anniversary celebration as inclusive as ever.

We’re offering a limited number of low-income weekend passes through our Access Program to support those facing financial hardship. These passes are reserved for individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford a regular-priced pass. We believe everyone deserves the chance to be part of the magic — and this program helps make that possible.

BASE RATE: $150 + GST

We know that even this may be out of reach for some. That’s why we’ve introduced a sliding scale for applicants with extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • Living on disability or income assistance

  • Full-time students without external support

  • Single parents or caregivers with limited income

  • Job loss, unexpected medical bills, or financial crisis

We encourage you to apply and briefly share your situation if this sounds like you. Applications are reviewed with care and confidentiality.

These passes are non-transferable and available by application only.

Program Restrictions

  • If you’ve purchased a pass to Electric Love 2025, you are not eligible to participate in the Low-Income Application.

  • The application period will close on July 31 st (Midnight) 

  • No couple or group applications. Feel free to reference each other in your applications if you wish.

  • Applications are one per email address. Applications with duplicate email addresses will not be considered.

  • You must use your legal name on your application.

  • You must provide proof of your income; applications without documentation cannot be considered.  But block out your social insurance number.

  • We will not request additional documentation or clarification, please ensure your application is complete prior to submittal.

    Approved Applicants

  • Approved applicants will be sent an invoice to purchase their low-income pass. 

    • Invoice can be paid by Credit/Debit Card, e-transfer or PayPal

  • Low-income weekend passes are completely non-transferable.

  • It may take up to one (1) week to review applications after submission. Only approved applicants will be notified of their application status
