ENTRY & ARRIVAL
When arriving please have your festival pass ready for scanning, this is where you will receive your wristbands and directions to your campsite. Once you have passed this checkpoint you will be processed into our security screening. Security is available at all times to guarantee the safety and well-being of our guests.
CAMPING
GA camping is included with the purchase of your festival pass. Camping area is located just a short walk from the festival grounds. Camping spots are 10x30ft.
Upgraded camping is also available at an additional cost. These areas offer closer access to the festival grounds and great views sunsets. Camping spots are 15x30ft.
VEHICLE PASSES
Each vehicle or over-sized vehicle on site will be subject to a vehicle charge. Any vehicles under 22ft will require a vehicle pass. Any vehicles 22ft and over will require an over-sized vehicle pass. Over sized vehicles will be placed in 20ft x 45ft camping spot and vehicles will be placed in 10ft x 30ft camping areas.
VENDORS
We have a large assortments of both food & merchandise vendors throughout the festival grounds. Food vendors will be providing all your favorites including breakfast, lunch & dinner. Merchandise vendors will be providing all your festival needs including clothing, accessories and anything else in between.
WORKSHOPS
We have a wide array of workshops to choose from at this year’s festival. At #ELFest we believe in not only the experience but heightening our awareness and senses through education and higher learning.
SANCTUARY
Sanctuary and harm reduction services will be provided once again at this years festival. Onsite nurses and social workers will be located in the sanctuary geo-dome marked on the festival map. The Sanctuary and harm reduction area is a calm safe place that provides non-judgmental service and support and welcomes anyone who feels they need a safe, quiet place to rest at any time during the festival. Sanctuary is open 24 hours a day.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
“Leave No Trace” policy in full effect. We will have lots of garbage, recycling & compost stations onsite. These stations will be clearly marked on the festival map - making them easy to find! We encourage you to minimize waste (remove unnecessary packaging) before arriving to the festival ground and bring extra garbage/recycling bags for your campsite
