Thank you for your interest in becoming a merchandise, service or art vendor at Electric Love Music Festival 2025, taking place August 7–10, 2025, at the Meadows of Cel7wet in Pritchard, BC, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Secwépemc people.

Electric Love Music Festival will feature a diverse marketplace showcasing high-quality Merchandise, Crafts, Art and Services for our attendees. We are committed to supporting vendors who provide unique and meaningful products while ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

INTERNET ACCESS FOR VENDORS

Vendors are responsible for arranging their own internet access to support sales. Connectivity in the area during the festival can be limited

We are currently exploring Starlink internet access as an option for vendors at Electric Love Music Festival 2025. This service could provide a reliable connection during the festival; however, we need to gauge interest among vendors before moving forward.

If you’re interested, please indicate your preference in the designated section of the application form. Please note that this service will be available for an additional fee. Your input will help us determine the feasibility, demand, and cost of offering this option.
