UNLOCKING YOUR INNER CHILD

This workshop intends to reconnect each participant/seeker to their inner child essence, where they can unlock and explore their silly, authentic, joyful, playful, creative, and expressive selves. Participants/Seekers will be guided into a meditative state where they will embark on a journey into the heartspace, met with the vibration of love and peace. Utilizing a hypnotic induction, Koshi Chimes, and the power of Reiki and Huna Healing, individuals will be safely guided into their inner essence where they can reclaim their innate magick and be held in the safety of presence and wholeness. Participants/Seekers will be met with feelings of joy, a sense of purpose and childlike wonder as they return to the present moment. Each individual will leave the workshop feeling inspired to express their authentic self, along with an Oracle card outlining a personal message from their inner child to take home.

DEEP RELAXATION SOUND HEALING

Join husband and wife duo, Quinton and Kendra Armstrong to release what is no longer serving you and experience an expansive, meditative journey through sound healing. Kendra will guide you through breath work as she plays quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Quinton will play relaxing and psychedelic guitar riffs with a variety of pedals. The pure tones offered in a sound bath facilitate DEEP REST & RESET for the nervous system. Each singing bowl (note) corresponds with a different chakra/energy center in the body, bringing alignment to the physical and energetic body. The vibration frequencies of crystal singing bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and re-calibration down to the level of cellular structure. In addition, your brainwave frequency and state of consciousness can be re-wired, and regulated causing a positive and stable state of mind, by the vibrations that are created during sound healing. FACILITATOR BIO(S) Kendra is a small business owner, Reiki master, reflexologist, meditation coach and sound healer. Quinton has been playing instruments since he was just a kid, with 20 years of playing, 15 years of performing, and the last 10 has been spent taking it professionally. Playing in multiple bands, touring western Canada, and many hours spent in the studio. This husband and wife duo has merged their passions together, creating a unique meditation experience.
